Amee B. Cohen OT /L is a practicing occupational therapist who has worked with learning difficulties and special needs since 1986, when she has received a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Temple University College of Allied Health and her certification from the National Board of Occupational Therapy.
Her extensive experience with teamwork, commitment and unique management style make Amee ideally suited to coordinate today one of the most recognized educational and therapy services providers in the United States.

In July 2019, we began developing our online consultation and teletherapy services to meet the needs of clients, families, and caregivers who were unable to commute and face hours of travel and wait times for services at a clinical site.
In early 2020, just prior to the COVID -19 pandemic, the AC&A video consultation system was piloted for a small group of clients. Our goal was to first train our therapists in this new model and then expand the online service to all clients who could benefit from the convenience and safety of counseling and therapy delivered over the Internet.
With the difficulties and limitations exacerbated by the pandemic, online therapy and counseling services also became the first option for most of our clients served at home, in schools, clinics, and assisted living facilities, so the transition to this Internet platform was quick and natural.
Thanks to this new AC&A online tool that optimizes time and overcomes distance barriers, we will soon be offering international video consultation and therapy services, making this platform available to clients around the world.
