The Associates Referral Rewards Program – ARRP – allows schools to recommend and promote Florida’s leading Educational and Therapy services.
If your school has students who need consult with behavior analysts, ESE specialists, or who can benefit from other KShield Educational Journey services, and you are interested in earning commissions by referring young clients to us, this program is perfect for your school.
We offer the highest paying associate program and most advanced online services in our industry.
Your school may refer students to a variety of AC&A educational and therapy services which include high-quality screenings, evaluations, behavior intervention, differentiated education plans and video consultations conducted by a team of Special Educators, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Therapists with 20+ years of experience.
The program is simple. If your school refers a student to us who proceeds with a screening, video consultation, or any other online service, we pay a commission fee. Your school can receive commission for each time we serve the student you refer. Not only is your school is helping the students you refer but your organization is picking up a benefit also!
There are no limits on the amount of commission that your school can earn, and if any student you refer to AC&A engages with us in the future within the terms of the program, your school will get paid again!

Once approved to participate in the ARRP, your school will have full access to AC&A’s HIPAA Secure Platform, with a direct communication channel with our professionals, special discount codes that you can provide to the students you refer, and complete tools to monitor the evolution of your school’s recommendations and earnings.
Commission payments are sent once a week on Thursdays whenever there are services rendered for students you refer. All commissions generated in the previous week are paid on the Thursday of the following week.
Payments for the accounting period of the week are made by bank transfer directly to the school account or to a designated account, as appropriate.
